12th November 2020 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: Waves Air Temperature: 12 Sea Temperature: 12.4 Weather: Sun some cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: 10 minutes of rain as I arrived and 8 kiters out then sun came out Saw windsurfer going well so rigged 4.7m. Bit light for couples of runs then wind filled in nicely and about 8 windsurfers turned up. Tried quite a few front side turns and gradually got better pressing toes and pulling back hand in. Wish I was fit as only lasted hour and half, and walked most inshore turns as cannot tack and gybes after turns take me back into surf. Water smooth between waves, many shoulder high, and a few sets logo. Good conditions and waves building well as I left. My 100th day and 108th session wind and kitesurfing. Pleased with that considering lost most of 9 weeks with Welsh lockdown and don't do foreign trips any more. |
